Welcome to the BIA Family! The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton Counties, Inc. is a professional organization of builders, developers, and associates affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. I agree to abide by the Constitution, Code of Ethics, and Bylaws of the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa & Walton Counties, Inc. to which this membership application is directed, of the National Association of Home Builders of the United States with which it is affiliated and of the Florida Home Builders Association. Dues payments to the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa & Walton Counties, Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Your dues for annual membership to the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties, Inc. include $198.00 for membership in the National Association of Home Builders and $175.00 for membership in the Florida Home Builders Association. By providing the BIA with contact information (address, phone, fax, email), I agree to receive communication from the BIA and from Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders and those acting on behalf of those organizations. I agree to have the BIA publish that information in its Directory, unless I request otherwise.
